Seabelo Express, Seabelo Carriers and Seabelo Travel & Tours are sister companies whose main objectives are passenger carriage and freight transport respectively. The three entities are now collectively known as the Seabelo Group. The organisation’s history spans over nineteen years. The three companies named after the proprietor’s middle name, Seabelo, have become synonymous with success in Botswana. The company is a testimony of hard work and self discipline on the part of Entrepreneur, founder and proprietor Mr. Kenneth Seabelo Tlhaselo.

Seabelo Express was incorporated in June 1987, and since its incorporation it has grown substantially in terms of assets, routes and employees. At the year ending December 2009, the corporation had approximately 180 permanent employees and a fleet of 38 buses and 14 trucks.

The company’s directors are Mr. K. S. Tlhaselo and Mrs. A. M. Tlhaselo who are the only shareholders. The operational functions are under the charge of senior management comprising of Mr. Tlhaselo as Managing Director assisted by his Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Administration Director, and General Manager.

Three quarters of the fleet are VOLVO buses, and the remainder consists of SCANIA, MAN, VW CRAFTER and IRIZAR. These buses are standard, semi luxury and luxury in comfort. Thus the business prides itself in a fleet with a complete mix in quality of buses making it responsive to all sectors of local and international markets.
